Therefore, it's advisable to keep that card on hand in case you need to request a return. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions: contact us at hello@shopdailyrituals.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number. If it is determined that we made a mistake or the product was damaged on arrival, we will provide a return label free of charge. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
